Kerryn has been indulging in her own yoga practice for over 12 years. She completed Yoga Rhythms’ Teacher Training in 2021, qualifying her to teach Hatha-Vinyasa, Yin and Power yoga. In 2022 she went through Shelley Lyon’s Restorative Yoga Teacher Training. Based on the Sunshine Coast, Kerryn teaches weekly adaptable classes in a gym, holds monthly Restorative Yoga Workshops and bi-monthly Partner Yoga Date Night events.
Kerryn has a strong interest in guiding you to breathe through yoga, create spinal flows to decompress the spine, and strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection in present-momentness.
Kerryn is a certified Life Empowerment Coach and is currently studying to become a Counsellor. She merges multiple neuroscience backed modalities with traditional yoga philosophy. She is very passionate about empowering her clients to find themselves on the mat and then guide them to create their dream lives.
