Kerryn has been indulging in her own yoga practice for over 12 years. She completed Yoga Rhythms’ Teacher Training in 2021, qualifying her to teach Hatha-Vinyasa, Yin and Power yoga. In 2022 she went through Shelley Lyon’s Restorative Yoga Teacher Training. Based on the Sunshine Coast, Kerryn teaches weekly adaptable classes in a gym, holds monthly Restorative Yoga Workshops and bi-monthly Partner Yoga Date Night events.
Kerryn has a strong interest in guiding you to breathe through yoga, create spinal flows to decompress the spine, and strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection in present-momentness.
Kerryn is a certified Life Empowerment Coach and is currently studying to become a Counsellor. She merges multiple neuroscience backed modalities with traditional yoga philosophy.
