ShelterBox provides emergency shelter and essential items to families who have lost their homes to disasters and conflict. With operational headquarters in Cornwall, UK, the charity also has 14 affiliate organisations worldwide, including New Zealand.
Over the past 22 years, ShelterBox has become a specialist in international disaster relief. They have provided emergency shelter and essential aid to more than two million people in 98 countries, including in Ukraine, following flooding in 2003 and 2008. ShelterBox New Zealand is the New Zealand based ShelterBox affiliate, and is a registered charity in New Zealand (CC49035).
