As a Coach/Facilitator/Trainer and an Actress, Artist and Singer, Nat has a keen interest in all things world class communication, live events and performing arts. In private practice, she has a dual focus:
-Helping Women Professionals, Leaders and Managers lead and communicate with greater confidence, authentic presence and power.
-She also helps Leaders and Organisations understand how to create greater trust and emotional safety through professional communication.
Nat also runs a social & support community for mid 30's to middle age not/can't become biological parents, who may or may not be or be interested in being carers or guardians in other ways, helping them to realise their highest potential in life purpose, leadership, legacy and living a life they love.
What sets Nat apart is her empathic approach gained through 15 years of trauma informed Counselling, Coaching, Facilitation and Training experience, combined with having worked and trained with 2 of Australia's Leading Performing Arts Training organisations, plus trained or worked with multiple Australian and International Leading paid Professional Speakers and Influencers, in the areas of Business Success, Leadership, Marketing, Public Speaking and Sales.
As a Business Support, Client Relationship, Events and Sales Specialist, Nat has also repeatedly been credited with setting state and industry leading standards of excellence in customer service and sales, having over 2 decades of experience in Supporting Teams and Senior Leadership in Education, Allied Health, Member Organisations/Peak Bodies, NFP's, Retail and again, most recently, The Performing Arts. Over the last decade, in private practice, and in collaboration with others, Nat has also helped over 20 000 Professionals, Leaders and Entrepreneurs make a greater positive impact in the world, doing work they love.
