Jo is the artist behind Manresa Design, a small studio which designs and makes handmade jewellery utilizing metal - primarily silver - gemstones, pearls and Swarovski crystals. Jo had a background in printmaking and photography before becoming intrigued by the world of metal and gemstones. She has moved into the wonderous world of lapidary and has a passion for the treasures that come from the earth. She has studied at the Brisbane Institute of Art and the Flying Arts School. She has many years experience as a trainer and facilitator in her "other" life.
