Cat has been holding spiritually connected community spaces for many years and her heart is focused on community connection, connection to the land and personal freedom and peace.
Cat works devotionally in rite-of-passage programs including vision quests and other ceremonies.
She believes simplicity is the way, and steers clear from anything that makes a peaceful and spiritual life seem too unachievable or complex.
