Meet Anne-Marije
Groupwork Facilitator, Community Weaver & Organiser
With a background in community development, groupwork facilitation, and evidence-based communication training, Anne-Marije brings a warm and grounded approach to personal development.
Through her own journey of navigating perfectionism, over-giving, and the weight of always holding it together, she came to understand that in order to experience a sense of inner harmony it begins with the courage to connect to and speak from the heart.
Now, through The Inner Harmony Project, she helps women find their voice, reconnect to their values, and experience real, lasting change from the inside out.
Anne-Marije’s path to founding The Inner Harmony Project was shaped by her deep personal experiences and a growing desire to shift how we relate to ourselves and others.
Having lived and worked across different countries — and moved through seasons of burnout, and reinventing herself — she noticed a common thread in the women she met: a longing to feel heard, to set boundaries without guilt and to live with more presence and purpose.
Drawing on her studies in Holistic Counselling, Groupwork Facilitation, the Mastery in Business & Empathy (MBE), and her accreditation in the Gordon Model, Anne-Marije created a framework that blends practical tools with inner work. The result is a space where women can reconnect with their voice, recalibrate patterns of over-giving, and learn to lead from wholeness and self-compassion.
