Accredited breathwork and cold-water immersion instructors, Andre and Fi have a shared passion for wellbeing - that starts within - creating mind-body connection through breath, movement based therapies and cold therapy.

Andre is a certified Oxygen Advantage coach, certified Pilates teacher, tennis coach, ocean swimmer.

Fi is a certified Yoga Therapist, Yin Yoga teacher, Registered Kids Yoga Teacher and ZenThai Shiatsu Practitioner.
