Dru is the owner of Koonara Wines, Coonawarra's only organic vineyard, and owner/designer of Savour Glassware, which have patents on numerous innovative glasses, including the non-spill Smartini. His passion lies in finding innovative ways of decreasing metal health issues in the community and sequestering carbon to reduce global warming, and how those two are linked.
