Louisa is a mother, photographer, embodiment facilitator, and student of holistic psychology.
Louisa has a deeply rooted understanding of the transformative and healing power of feminine embodiment. Creativity and devotion to her own inner work have always been central threads in her life. Beginning in West End theatre at a young age, she worked as a performer in London before completing a BA (Hons) in Performance, specialising in Physical Theatre and Theatre in Education.
Her path continued to deepen through practices and exrensive travel that honour embodied transformation, meditation, ceremony, yoga, tantra, Ayurveda, and contact improvisation. This lifelong calling to support authentic self‑expression inspired her to create unique, heart‑led events that weave together her trainings, lived experience, and her love for community and nature. Her career in embodiment photography grew from the same devotion to capture presence, truth, and feminine empowerment.
Her business, Seasons of Shakti, encompasses the many facets of the feminine and the stages of womanhood, seen through the lens of seasons, cycles, and nature.
Birthing her baby boy became a profound initiation. An unexpected yet sacred rebirth that called her to support women more tenderly, with nature as her medicine.
