Lou discovered Yoga in Europe as an antidote to the stress and imbalance of modern life. When she moved to Australia in 2020, she was called to share this practice to help others like her feel more open and free in body, mind & heart.
Lou enjoys merging all the limbs of Yoga in her teaching, leading students into safe alignment, subtle body connection, and peaceful meditative states. Her classes are an invitation for students to grow their practice on and off the mat with curiosity and playfulness.
