Cassandra Carnovale

Cassandra is an energy and movement practitioner, having danced most her life and then discovering (and gaining certification in) Reiki by chance whilst traveling in Vietnam. Delving deeper into energy work, Cassandra has a specific interest in how our right-side intuitive brain plays a part in allowing both energy and movement to flow. Through her own experience of processing trauma through energy work and intuitive based healing, she has a genuine passion for continuing to learn and share various healing modalities through community events, workshops and 1:1 sessions.
