Tish’s journey in this space began when she started practicing yoga, which supported her mental wellbeing so much she decided to head to India to complete her 200hr yoga teacher training for a deeper personal inquiry. Fast forward 5 years, and her practice has intuitively become very yin. She's since completed her somatic yin yoga and sacred sound healing training, as well as spending time Retreat Leading for the multi awarding winning Aro Ha Wellness Retreats. Now for her, yoga is so much more than asana – it is a lifestyle. She cannot emphasise enough how cultivating a deep sense of love and compassion for yourself can have the biggest impact on your wellbeing. Tish is also the creator of @honeypotculture – a project that's been built to create community abundant in love and compassion, with the philosophy that when you fill up your own honey pot with love, it can overflow, nourishing those around you too.
