After growing up in country New South Wales Andre was first introduced to pilates working as a Tennis Coach in Dubai UAE. At a height of 194cm whilst playing and coaching tennis he quickly understood the importance of body alignment, core muscles, spinal mobility and better body awareness for efficient movement. He completed his Polestar Pilates Mat Work Certificate in 2016 followed by his Diploma of Polestar Pilates Studio and Rehabilitation in 2018 whilst working for the Embody Wellness Studio, Armidale, NSW. Passionate about health and fitness as a lifestyle Andre is always open to further education that compliments his love of fitness and pilates. He has completed numerous courses including massage, TRX, Power Plate and Pre and Post Natal Restore Your Core Burrell Education Programs. André is a people person and loves being part of a great team. He easily develops a rapport with all age groups.
