Katy has been in the healing industry for over 20 years and uses a blend of Kinesiology and Quantum Healing, aswell as other healing modalities, such as Energy Medicine & EFT.Â
She is passionate about helping women to raise their frequency and access their inner light, by removing blocks and limiting beliefs. She helps them heal all aspects of themselves, across all timelines and dimensions.Â
Katy runs Sacred Circles for Mum's with Challenging Kids and Soul Frequency Retreats and is known for making you feel completely at ease.
She holds regular events bringing her knowledge, tools and wisdom to each one. She is a qualified facilitator in Sound Meditation and usually incorporates this into her events.
