At The Prana Project we believe the key to human happiness is in being a caretaker of the natural world. When we lose touch with the environment, not only do we make poor decisions in relation to it but we ourselves begin to wither.
Our whole existence, whether it’s in women’s work, regen, addiction recovery, illness, loneliness, anxiety, depression, disconnection or injury is to create opportunities for people to reconnect with place, to feel that although it takes a little bit of effort, when we place that energy into environment, it gives so much back and something starts to feel profoundly better within ourselves. When we plant trees and grasses, we plant hope, we plant potential, we plant healing, we plant purpose.
The Prana Project facilitates this reconnection through yoga, massage, community planting days, online programs and retreats.
