Dance Inquiry is an organisation dedicated to movement and creative expression. DI draws on Open Floor movement practice and other tools to inspire the world to move, embody and express. Open Floor movement practice is a lively, sweaty movement practice & a creative dance inquiry dedicated to the art of becoming fully present, alive and at home in our skin (https://openfloor.org). It is an embodied movement practice bringing creativity, self-awareness & purpose to life. During an Open Floor movement session, we dance with attention on the here & now in order to attend to what is alive in us and practice moving from habit to choice & creative possibility. In her movement work, Tamara explores how dance can support our journey towards integration, healing and unfolding into complete, creative and flourishing humans.
