Open Floor movement practice is a lively, sweaty movement practice & a creative dance inquiry dedicated to the art of becoming fully present, alive and at home in our skin (https://openfloor.org).
It is an embodied movement practice bringing creativity, self-awareness & purpose to life. During an Open Floor movement session, we dance with attention on the here & now in order to attend to what is alive in us and practice moving from habit to choice & creative possibility.
