River of Art returns from Friday 25 September to Monday 5 October 2026, celebrating creativity, place and community across the Eurobodalla.
Now in its 22nd year, River of Art is an award-winning regional arts festival bringing together artists, communities and visitors through exhibitions, open studios, workshops, live music, performances and creative experiences across the NSW South Coast.
The Festival opens with the highly regarded River of Art Prize, where the 2026 winners will be announced alongside an exhibition of finalist works selected from artists across Australia.
Beyond the Prize, the River of Art Trail invites visitors to explore studios, galleries, exhibitions and creative spaces throughout the region, while a curated Festival program brings together special events and experiences across the Eurobodalla.
Since it's beginning in 2004, River of Art has grown into one of the South Coast's significant cultural events - celebrating the artists who live and create here, supporting the region's creative economy and giving visitors another reason to explore this remarkable part of the coast.
