Winemaker and Co-owner of Mordrelle Wines will be hosting the master class with an extensive collection of museum and very limited wines to taste, including Pinot Noir and Shiraz from Adelaide Hills, and a few more surprises, such as museum vintages of Blanc de Blancs, and other reds from neighbouring region. You will learn the effect of vintage, plant material, and bottle ageing impact on wines in addition to the influence of viticulture and winemaking decisions in the style and longevity of those wines.
