My name is Cara Jade and I am a Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Master, Shamanic, Emotion & Body Code Practitioner, Plant Medicine Facilitator and Sound Healing Enthusiast. 
My purpose and passion is healing from within, empowering oneself to make the necessary changes to discover their true authentic nature, and to be able to follow a life you love. I have always wanted to heal the earth, and on my journey I have come to realise we are all one, I am the earth. When you Breathe for the Earth you heal yourself and the Earth.
