Sophie Guy

After more than 20 years of working to heal early childhood trauma, panic attacks, paralysing self-doubt and fear, I am passionate about sharing what I've learnt with other women on the healing path. I have bachelor and doctorate degrees in psychology and worked in mental health research and development before transitioning into coaching. Not satisfied with simply “managing symptoms” along with a strong desire for transformation eventually led me outside of the conventional mental health system to discover modalities and techniques that address emotional distress at the root-cause. This is when true healing really started to take place. I have spent the last five years studying somatic approaches to trauma; human development; family and relationship dynamics; nervous system health; and shadow work. I draw on techniques across these modalities to support people's process of healing and reclamation of their true nature.
