KELLY BOUCHER is an independent scholar, education consultant and personal breakthrough coach. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, post graduate studies in education and is a Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnosis. Kelly is dedicated to supporting teachers to step out of burnout and into radical self care by deeply nurturing themselves. As a Pedagogical Leadership Coach, her work supports teachers across the education sector by activating critical dialogue within theory and practice to ‘think otherwise with the world’. From this premise she asks how, as educators, we might live well collectively by reframing our lives to fill our own cups first so we might continue to give to others.
I acknowledge the Djaara people of the Kulin Nation on whose Country I live and work. I acknowledge Elders, leaders, and children and families as knowledge holders in community. I recognise Djaara as having a continuous connection to the land, sky and waters of this Country, and that sovereignty has never been ceded. As an uninvited guest here, it is my obligation to attend to, care for, and learn with Country as my everyday practice.
