Nicoya Helm offers mindfulness and mental health education to help people look deeper, dream bigger, and live better. She combines professional experience in corporate IT and higher education with over 20 years of meditation training to create learning experiences that are personal, practical, and fun. She holds a Master of Science in Education and is a certified Unified Mindfulness coach and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. When not teaching, she enjoys making stuff, playing outside, and talking to strangers.
