Hi, I'm Felicity Lerouge! 

I am passionate about supporting leaders to develop empowering working environments and thriving teams, using neuroscience-based initiatives that create lasting change. During my 13 years of running my own consultancy, Phenomenal People Ltd, I have worked with clients such as British Airways, Societe Generale Global Bank, the Agile Business Consortium and many others* 

Because my focus is on bringing the most effective programmes to my clients, my primary offerings are now neuroscience-based programmes which not only engage and stimulate the intellect but enable people to re-calibrate the subconscious mind, enabling them to create lasting change, from the inside out.

I’m one of over 200 global consultants who have been personally trained by Dr Joe Dispenza to bring his ground breaking programme, Change Your Mind, Create New Results to the business world. It’s my privilege to be the first consultant certified to facilitate this work in New Zealand
