Karen is passionate about creating retreat experiences that enable participants to journey within, to peel back layers of conditioning, and reconnect with the truth of who they are. Utilising guided meditations, compassionate listening, and her own lived experience of healing trauma, she leads a space where participants feel safe to open, release what no longer serves them and connect with the love that exists within us all.
Karen is also a WomanSpeak Circles Leader and host of Story Nights where women have the opportunity to share their authentic voice.

Danny is passionate about practising the art of Presence and Awareness so that every day is fully lived
He is a Certified Tantric Bodywork Practitioner, Certified EmRes (Emotional Resolution) Practitioner, Reiki 4 Practitioner, Intuitive Energy Healer, Martial Artist – 2nd Dan Goju Kai and Certified Mentor through Mentoring Men Australia
He was the Convenor of 2nd Year Training Group for Tantric Embodiment Training, is the Convenor of a monthly Men’s Group and host of quarterly Men’s weekends for over 3 years
He has completed 12 months Tantric Embodiment Training, a prolonged Tantra Alchemy Training, attended numerous self-development retreats in Australia and USA and regularly attends monthly Zoom Men’s Meetings from both Australia and USA
He has lived experience of childhood emotional and sexual abuse
