The Orange County Arts Commission, located in Hillsborough, North Carolina, is an agency of Orange County government. We work to develop the arts in Orange County, North Carolina, which includes the townships of Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. Our mission is to promote and strengthen the artistic and cultural development of Orange County, North Carolina. We are a granting agency, program provider, and operate the Eno Arts Mill in Hillsborough, NC. We work in partnership with our 501(c)3 nonprofit arm, the Orange County Arts Alliance, whose mission is to expand the capacity of the Orange County Arts Commission, as together, they create, develop, and grow the arts of Orange County, North Carolina.
