About Barbara
Barbara is passionate and curious about how we grow the Strengths that lead to Resilience and Flourishing.
Barbara has worked in the Community Sector for over 25 years and founded Keys to Resilience with a mission to strengthen the well-being of our health and community services professionals. Barbara is a professional Mentor, Learning & Development consultant, and meditation teaacher. She's a musical theatre enthusiast (despite her questionable vocal talents), keen traveller and enthusiastic dog walker. Barbara is grateful to live and work on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, Naarm (Melbourne).
