Michelle is an artist and lifelong learner who lives in Port Lincoln and is passionate about the role of creative process as a support for wellness and recovery. Michelle has found the benefits of creative practices such as art, journalling and music were a great daily support alongside therapeutic work with health professionals.
Michelle has a passion for supporting people impacted by mental illness and has worked in community mental health and domestic and family violence services. She has worked both one on one and facilitating a variety of activities including art and drumming.
Now working in private practice, she continues to facilitate various art and drum workshops to people of all ages and stages. Workshops with women's wellness is a focus right now and she offers a variety of workshop for team support and conferences. supports clients with Bowen Therapy and also NDIS mental health clients with community and social support.
Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) has had a huge impact in her life so becoming an accredited facilitator was the next logical step. COSP courses are now available online.
