Be Connected Lead Digital Mentor
Based on Miriuwung Country in the East Kimberley, Natika brings over 25 years of experience in community development, digital literacy, and small business support. With a deep connection to regional and remote communities, she has spent 17 years working within the West Australian Community Resource Network, helping individuals and organisations build their digital confidence.
A self-confessed tech enthusiast with a passion for empowering others, Natika has dedicated her career to making technology accessible. Whether supporting seniors, mentoring digital trainers, or helping small businesses navigate the digital landscape, she thrives on sharing knowledge and problem-solving.
When the Kununurra Community Resource Centre closed in 2017 after 25 years of service, Natika continued to support not-for-profits, community organisations, and small businesses in making the most of their digital tools when she launched her own business, helping them engage with technology effectively to improve operations, communication, and service delivery. Her ability to simplify complex digital concepts and her genuine commitment to people-first learning make her an invaluable resource for anyone looking to build digital skills with confidence.
As ASCCA’s Be Connected Lead Digital Mentor, Natika now spends much of her time delivering training, mentoring, and support to organisations and individuals across Australia. Her goal is simple: to ensure everyone, regardless of location or experience, feels empowered to engage with technology in a meaningful way.
