An Executive Coach and founder of Progression, Amber partners with leaders and teams to achieve healthy high performance, grounded in neuroscience. With a background in digital strategy, analytics, and Agile, and as a recovering perfectionist, Amber brings a balanced approach to leadership development. Currently studying a Masters of Neuroscience at the University of New England, Amber also has an MBA (Technology) from UNSW, and is certified with ICF (ACC) as an Executive Coach and the Scrum Alliance as an Enterprise Agile Coach.
