My name is Louise Bastos and I’m a creative arts facilitator. I'm a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist and Counsellor (HICAT) that uses art as a healing tool for you to feel more connected and relaxed: mentally, emotionally and physically. I have been involved in the arts my whole life and now I'm very excited to share my journey with you. In 2020, I started working with mindful arts & crafts workshops and have already helped dozens of people to connect with their creativity. I’m also a resident artist at a famous Sip N’ Paint studio in Noosa, teaching painting classes to hundreds of guests monthly.
I'm a creative soul that loves connecting with people and I believe in exploring creativity in a holistic way. I welcome everyone to my arts healing space, and I am proud to offer a safe environment for people with different backgrounds.
