Taru Tuohiniemi

Certified hatha yoga and yin yoga teacher, Yoga Trance Dance™ facilitator and PranaFlow™ inspired yogini Taru Tuohiniemi enjoys empowering people through yoga, dance and meditation and feels grateful to be able to share these benefits with her community. Taru started practicing yoga in 2007 in Tanzania, and continued on the same path in India, where she lived for two years and graduated as a yoga teacher in 2013 in the Himalayas under Trimurti Yoga International. After moving to Sydney, Taru has trained with Abhijata Sridhar Iyengar, Mysan Sibdo, Shiva Rea and Delamay Devi. Taru offers weekly public and private classes, workshops and events, retreats, corporate yoga and meditation, as well as change coaching.
