Dedicated to supporting and helping people to heal and grow, educating and removing the stigma around Mental Illness, becoming a Mental Health First Aid instructor gives me the opportunity to do this. With lived experience, a caring heart & a belief that education has an important role to play in saving people's lives, I am proud to be able to deliver this amazing program. As a qualified, registered Counsellor with over 25 years experience in delivering workshops and training, case management and counselling, I create a learning environment that is non-judgemental, calm, supportive and informative. Mental Health First Aid is an opportunity for all of us to change the impact of mental illness on the world around us. Together we can make a difference.
