Married for 27 years, Michael and Bridget have extensively trained in Nonviolent Communication, and also trained together in NVC Mediation, Restorative Circles, Meditation, Landmark, Couple’s massage, and Tantra. They are influenced by a love of Iyengar Yoga, Community living, Nature, and each other.
