Some of Bryden’s earliest memories are of being in the Ashram with his mum drinking delicious chai and overseeing a Yoga class, however it was another 20+ years before he started delving into yoga beyond a gym class.
Bryden had a yearning to connect more deeply with his own body and completed his training in India at the base of the Himalayas. He found himself extremely immersed in the teachings, philosophy and practice.
After practicing as a qualified Osteopath for 11 years, it felt like a beautiful continuation of his existing learnings and has now given Bryden further tools to help empower others to connect and heal themselves.
Bryden is excited to work with people regularly to help them trust their bodies through developing strength and sense of safety within each challenge through breath and movement.
