You can find me at your local pool or in the ocean effortlessly gliding underneath the waves pretending to be a dolphin. Same as all the marine mammals, I hold my breath for up to 6 minutes. I use a large monofin to propel myself forward or I simply swim underwater breast stroke. Seconds turn into minutes, minutes turn into a unique experiences during which I forget that eventually, I must breathe again.
I’m driven by the passion to find out how long and how far I can dive on a single breath of air. This passion has led me to push myself further and harder than I’ve ever done before.
I enjoy sharing my passion with others. Breathe, hold your breath, repeat.
