Peta Thompson is a Trauma Informed Wellness Coach, Breathwork, Meditation & Yoga Teacher and Workshop Facilitator.
After a 10 year career as a professional skydiver, Yoga and the holistic path found Peta at a profoundly transformational time in her life.
Peta brings her training in Compassionate Inquiry (under Dr. Gabor Mate) to assist us in breaking free of the behavioural dysfunctions and limiting beliefs constructed by our minds. She is passionate about mental health, addiction, the nervous system.
Peta provides 1-on-1 sessions with clients, walking with them on their journey to self-understanding and self-transformation.
