Catie Kirke (Founder)
Catie Kirke, a proud Territorian raised in Alice Springs and now based in Darwin, is the founder of A.R.T Your Life. A human behaviour specialist, coach, and facilitator, she has worked with hundreds of individuals, teams, and leaders to build resilience, elevate communication, and create workplaces where people thrive.
Her signature A.R.T framework (Activate, Reshape, Transform) provides a clear, practical pathway for growth, designed to shift mindsets and deliver results that last. Known for her approachable yet professional style, Catie bridges the gap between personal insight and organisational outcomes, ensuring every workshop is both memorable and meaningful.
Catie’s expertise spans coaching, mentoring, and program design, underpinned by formal qualifications including a Diploma in Business, Personal Training, Fitness, and Life Coaching. She is an Extended DISC, Lifestyles Inventory and Thought Code behaviour profiling consultant, as well as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Nikki Browne
Nikki Browne is a retired Army veteran with 28 years of distinguished service. For 24 of those years, she was responsible for or in command of soldiers.
Nikki has served in many positions and locations, in a number of roles including Defence Intelligence Liaison Officer for the NT in 1999 – 2000; OIC of Army security in WA, which involved close collaboration with multiple State and Federal departments; Instructor at the Defence Intelligence Training Centre; and Advisor on domestic security at the national level. She has deployed overseas to the Solomon Islands, Bougainville, East Timor and Iraq.
During her military career, she earned numerous awards and commendations for her work and a Masters of Justice (Intelligence), Certificate IV in Government Investigations and CERT IV in Training and Assessment.
Nikki has been a part of the A.R.T Your Life team for over four years. She is responsible for the conduct of workplace investigations (including bullying and sexual harassment complaints), personal and executive coaching and is a Certified Thought Code Consultant. She also facilitates our signature workshops and designs leadership programs.
