Yoga represents so much to Anne-Lynn — curiosity, non-judgment, and kindness toward herself and others, to name just a few. As a purpose-driven individual, yoga has brought meaning and intention to her life over the years. It has been a grounding force, enhancing her physical health, mental well-being, and overall balance. Most importantly, yoga has been a vital support for her mental health, and she is passionate about sharing these transformative benefits with others.
After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training at InYoga in Surry Hills, Sydney, in 2024, Anne-Lynn is excited to guide students on their yoga journeys. Her classes emphasise balance, mindfulness, and intention while acknowledging that yoga is adaptable and unique to every individual. Anne-Lynn strives to create a compassionate and inclusive environment where students feel safe to explore, grow, and connect with yoga beyond the physical asanas. Facilitating curiosity about yoga's holistic aspects is especially close to her heart.
As a teacher, Anne-Lynn is deeply committed to continuous learning and growth, always seeking to deepen her practice and enhance her ability to support her students. With enthusiasm, mindfulness, and a dedication to creating a supportive space, Anne-Lynn aims to help students discover what yoga can bring to their lives in a way that feels meaningful to them.
