Abhra is the host of Stories and Stanza, a podcast where diverse life stories meet and fuse into one shared poetry of human experience. Based in Melbourne, he brings conversations on creativity, mental health, and personal growth to audiences through two series — Between the Lines and Fail With Me.
With more than two decades in IT, Abhra has built a career as a Solutions Architect, but alongside that world, he's also a poet, public speaker, and photographer — and Stories and Stanza is his way of giving back: taking what he's learned, the hard way and the good way, and turning it into honest conversation that might help someone else feel a little less alone.
He's the author of two poetry collections, Words from Isolation and Language of Water, and a regular voice on stages as a public speaker. Through his live events, he brings that same spirit into the room — small, in-person gatherings in Melbourne built around creativity, books, performing arts, wellbeing, and personal growth.
