Welcome to our exciting game development class for kids! My name is Abraham, and I am thrilled to be your host and guide on this journey into the world of game creation.
As a dad and a member of the leadership team for Scouts Australia, I have a deep appreciation for activities that are both fun and educational. I believe that video games are a perfect blend of entertainment and intellectual challenge, offering a unique way to engage and inspire creativity in young minds.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the tech industry, with a Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering, I've developed strong technical skills in data analysis, database programming, coding, and modeling. But today, I want to focus less on my professional background and more on the excitement and creativity that comes with game development.
For this class, we'll be using a tool specifically designed for game development, which is perfect for beginners and offers a wide range of features to help us bring our game ideas to life. I am excited to share my passion for game development with you and guide you through the fundamentals of creating your own games.
