In addition to its employment-focused programs, Achieve offers Achieve Social, a year-round series of structured community-based outings and activities for neurodivergent teens and adults. These events provide opportunities to practice communication, teamwork, self-advocacy, and community participation in low-pressure settings. In 2025, Achieve Social served 20 participants, including both current job-skills participants and additional individuals not enrolled in the work-based program. Expected results include reduced isolation, stronger peer connection, improved social confidence, and an increased sense of belonging.
