Ada Conroy and Kelly Finch are Family Violence Training, Framework and Groupwork Specialists. Both bring 20+ years of experience in the family violence sector, including as Men’s Behaviour Change Facilitators, as well as working with victim survivors across the continuum of family violence response, from crisis support through to recovery.
Ada and Kelly are passionate about creating an engaging and safe learning environment for practitioners from across the sector, drawing on their experience in workforce development and Family Violence framework training. In addition to their current training offerings, Ada and Kelly can also offer consultation on policy or resource development, tailor-made training for organisations, clinical support and supervision for practitioners, and lead facilitation of the Own My Life group work program , for survivors of Family Violence.
