I accidentally discovered permaculture while living in Thailand in 2011 and instantly fell in love. Over the next couple years, I lived on permaculture properties and intentional communities in Thailand, New South Wales, and Hawkes Bay.
My wife and I live on the Kāpiti Coast with too many dogs and not enough gardens.
I am actively involved in the local and national permaculture community. I help run Toru Education, moderate of NZ's largest permaculture forum and the international Syntropic Agroforestry forum, and am a regular attendee of the yearly permaculture huis.
