Adrienne is an executive coach and organization development consultant, workshop facilitator, speaker and founder of Spirit Tree Consulting. She is known for using evidence-based methods to support leaders as they create inclusive, equitable organizations with emotional intelligence, energy intelligence and cultural intelligence. She incorporates over 30 years of business knowledge with her belief in the human potential to help organizations, teams and individuals realize what is possible. Core to her working philosophy is: “Answers reveal themselves when people authentically show up.”

Her versatility has resulted in many successful engagements with companies including Ipsos, Amazon Web Services, Maxim, VIR biotech, XPERI, Blue Shield, Cisco, Del Monte, The Clorox Company, Handtmann Inc., Hewlett Packard, Governmental organizations including the City of Oakland, The Veterans Affairs department and nonprofits including; Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology (AnitaB.org), Habitat for Humanity and The East Bay SPCA, and the National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI).

She is ICF (International Coaching Federation) PCC certified, with extensive training and certifications that include; Integral coach New Ventures West, Executive coach at Envision Global Leadership, Emotional Intelligence Coach and youth EQ coach at Six Seconds, and Parent Coach with the Parent Coach Institute. She is a mentor coach to ACC and PCC level coaches.

She has multiple certifications and training including: Strengthscope, Emotional Intelligence, Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Working Genius , Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI), Organizational Effectiveness Index (OEI) (Human Synergistics), She is qualified in MBTI, TKI.

Adrienne has a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology, providing her with skills in observation and exploration necessary to understand cultures and climates. She has an MA in Psychology and Organization Development. She sat on the board of the STS Roundtable from 2005-2009, and has guest lectured with the University of Illinois, University of San Francisco, Sonoma State University Graduate Department of Organization Development.
