Inclusivity and empowerment for young autistic
individuals in the LGBTIQA+SB community
Affirming Access is a community-led project that
empowers autistic and LGBTIQA+SB young people to
navigate the NDIS with confidence, pride, and culturally
safe support. We co-design inclusive resources, run free
workshops and consultations, and work alongside
families, service providers, and communities to ensure
access to the NDIS is fair, affirming, and informed by
lived experience.
