With over 20 years of experience in education, including 11 years in mainstream schools and leadership roles within specialist provision, I am passionate about improving outcomes for children with SEND. Since joining Briarwood in 2021, I have led the development of an ambitious, bespoke Early Years curriculum designed to meet the diverse needs of children with complex SEND. As Head of Reach and Connect, I now work with schools across the region to share specialist expertise and support inclusive practice. I am also a qualified executive coach and Local Specialist Leader, supporting Early Years improvement and SEND provision across Bristol.
