Founded in 2023 in Sydney, AIAYS is the realization of Ashok Alexander’s vision to meld ancient wisdom with contemporary Australian life, enhancing well-being through self-awareness and environmental consciousness. With years of experience teaching yoga in Darwin, Ashok has connected with many Australians increasingly interested in holistic health approaches that address not just symptoms but the roots of issues, especially in hormones, digestion, and mental health.

AIAYS aims to evolve in stages, initially connecting Australian clients with India’s vast medical expertise. Indian ayurveda doctors, who in most cases handle significantly more cases than their western counterparts and possess communication skills and knowledge on par with Western standards, offer a substantial resource. The plan includes partnerships with various Indian retreat centers to provide health solutions across different budgets and needs. For those unable to travel, local centers offer alternative solutions.

In today’s fast-paced Australian lifestyle, health issues such as obesity, body aches, sinus & migraines, hypertension, and prediabetes are on the rise. These common ailments, often stemming from a combination of environmental factors, dietary habits, and sedentary lifestyles, pose significant challenges to individuals striving for a healthy and balanced life. Obesity, a growing concern, is not just about excess weight but also about the myriad of health risks it carries, including heart disease, diabetes, and joint problems. It is commonly a result of unhealthy eating habits, lack of physical activity, or genetic predisposition.

Body aches, frequently disregarded as minor discomforts, can be indicators of underlying chronic conditions or stress-related issues. It could be attributed to poor posture, repetitive stress, or inadequate physical activity.

Sinus and migraines, exacerbated by pollution and environmental allergens or stress, significantly impact daily functioning and quality of life, while hypertension and diabetes are silent yet potent precursors to more severe health complications.

Recognising the symptoms and causes of these common health problems is the first step towards effective management. That’s where our website comes in – offering insightful quizzes and resources to help you understand your health better. Take a free quiz, learn more about your body, and start your journey towards holistic wellness with our Ayurvedic solutions tailored just for you. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge and guide you towards a healthier, more balanced life.
