This CoFacilitate is part of my completion requirements to be a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) practitioner, through the School of Breathwork (TSOB), supported by my teacher Eleanor Mann.
I came to RBM Breathwork after the birth of my 2nd son, through Eleanor Mann’s co-founded program The Reconnected, and I haven’t looked back.
I find RBM the perfect practice in releasing limiting colonial/traumatic/ancestral ‘material’ from the body, and restoring the human birthright of freedom, choice and authenticity.
I am a freeschooling mum of 3, a Dr. of Landscape Architecture, and a Writer.
