The Australian International Multicultural Association (AIM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cultural diversity and intercultural understanding in Australia and worldwide. Our mission is to support and empower, recognise, and advocate for the rights and interests of multicultural communities.
AIM organizes a variety of events and activities throughout the year to promote cultural diversity and intercultural understanding. Our initiatives are guided by a team of passionate and dedicated volunteers who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization.
We offer three flagship programs: The Multicultural Business Awards, The Multicultural Talent Awards, and The Multicultural Heroes Awards. The AIM Business Awards recognize and celebrate the achievements of multicultural businesses and business leaders who have made significant contributions to the Australian economy while preserving their ethnic aspect. The AIM Talent Awards recognize talented artists and performers from diverse backgrounds, who have enriched the Australian cultural landscape with their unique talents. The AIM Heroes Awards honor individuals who have gone above and beyond to promote multicultural cooperation and compassion by helping people from diverse communities and backgrounds.
