The ALAND Foundation is a registered DGR1 Status Charity in Australia. The Board consists of three directors who oversee and direct the strategic vision of the Foundation. An Advisory Board has been established to provide strategic advice to the General Manager on how the Foundation will raise, manage and distribute its funds. Finally, a company secretary has been appointed to provide logistical support to the Board, ensuring that it complies with all of its regulatory requirements.
